Refined linen, wifi, private gardens and swimming pools, classified 4 Epis by Gîtes de France, the Gîtes du Domaine de Montlaur are located in the small wine-producing village of Montlaur which offers all the conveniences of proximity: grocery store, butcher's store, post office, pharmacy, cellars. as well as every Tuesday afternoon an organic market.
Sheets, towels, table linen, pool towels are provided. The beds are made on your arrival.

Electricity is included in the rental price in July and August. .
Electricity (electric heating and lighting) is on a meter .the rest of the year with a deductible fee of 60 KW per week. In High season the week (7 days) runs from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year shorts stays (from 5 nignts) are possible whatever the day of arrival.
Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome (95€/week per animal). Sadly only one pet per stay.
A deposit of 30 % of the rental fee is required on confirmation of booking. Balance of rental is to be paid three weeks before your visit.
When you arrive and are given the keys, you will be asked to give a 700 € deposit (800 € with a pet). Before you leave, we will go through the house with you and as long as there is no damage, we will immediately reimburse your deposit.
We are more than happy to arrange restaurant reservations for you and if you wish to do some shopping before your arrival.
